新增 plugins/cockpit/companion 核心模組（尚未接上 mod 層，M0/M1 尚未合併）：

人設注入：約 1500 token 預算（角色卡 400／心情 100／記憶 800／關心 200），穩定內容在前，超出時截斷低分項目
語氣規則與 tone on/off 指令
心情標記解析與移除、關鍵字後備、事件表、單軸每回合 ±0.3
互動記憶：只存對話文字、金鑰過濾、近期逐字加壓縮摘要，與原著記憶分資料夾
好感度增減接上互動事件（每日上限、離開回落、階段遲滯）
16 項核心接縫測試（記憶體檔案系統＋假時鐘），以 npx tsx --test 執行

注意：議題內文的驗收項目不是核取方塊，無法用 tick.sh 勾選。
