新增 tags.ts（20 個標籤白名單，不含戀愛與親密類）與 rules.ts（標籤 → 心情增減量）。
正則先判明確情況；模型於回覆末尾補 <評估:標籤>，須在白名單內，缺失或不合法退回正則（即沒有標籤），模型不給數值。
MOOD_EVENTS、keywordEvent 改由規則表驅動，既有八個事件數值不變。
新增 rules.test.ts，涵蓋正則、白名單、缺失退回。
