範圍

  • 新增 rules.ts（標籤 → 數值增減的規則表）與 tags.ts（標籤白名單，約 20 個，見 9.4）。
  • 正則先判明確情況；模型於回覆末尾補標，須在白名單內，缺失退回正則，模型不給數值。
  • 現有 MOOD_EVENTS、keywordEvent 改由規則表驅動，行為維持相容。
  • 不含戀愛與親密類標籤。

驗收

  • 正則、白名單、缺失退回有測試。
  • 既有測試全數通過，/status 輸出相容。
