新增 /jsc-anima:anima-extract：Sonnet 逐段萃取環境與人物、slug 自動產生並確認、同章節覆蓋／新章節追加／衝突標記待確認、變更摘要確認、角色包 schema 驗證，確認後對預設分支建立 PR（不自動合併）。以 mod 事件邊界 harness 測試。
