範圍

  • UserPromptSubmit hook：用 claude -p --model haiku 判斷這一輪的功能標籤，檢索 3～5 句注入。
  • 標籤失敗或逾時時退回不注入，不阻擋對話。
  • 量測 hook 延遲；過慢則改以 Anthropic API key 呼叫，並記錄量測結果。

驗收

  • 有測試覆蓋：標籤判斷失敗退回、檢索結果數量。
  • 延遲量測結果記在本議題。
