問題

companion 在 session.start 註冊 status 指令時，被引擎以「it is the built-in /status」拒絕並丟出例外，整個 session.start hook 被跳過：~/.companion 不會建立、沒有啟用 toast、定時器不啟動。

修正

註冊名稱 status 改為 info，內部仍對應 status 子指令
每個指令註冊加 .catch，單一指令撞名不再擋住初始化
README、說明文字同步改為 /jsc-mod-companion:info
版本號 0.0.2 → 0.0.3

驗證

claude plugin validate 通過
隔離 HOME + --plugin-dir 實跑，debug log 無 companion 錯誤，.companion 正常建立
claude plugin test：187 通過、21 失敗（修改前同為 21 失敗，與本次無關）

撞名使 session.start 例外中斷，companion 無法初始化。
註冊失敗改為略過單一指令，版本號改為 0.0.3。
