feat: jsc-mod-companion 新增人格 18 參數與三層值

- 18 參數、三層值（基準＋存檔偏移 ±15＋今日偏移 N(0,5) ±10） - 有效心防、有效害羞、有效口是心非 - Big Five 改為由參數推導，接上心情半衰期與關心頻率 - 核心設定（姓名、性別、年齡、核心信念）不可由 AI 改動 - 版本號 0.0.2 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
