新增 hooks/persist.test.ts，以 mod 事件邊界測試：啟動狀態跨 session 恢復、離開或在 /config 關閉 persist 後不恢復、8 個數值軸微調反映在 persona 且不改動角色包、超出範圍的覆蓋值被忽略。測試全數通過（55 項），未發現與規格不符之處。

Closes #17
